Without fully running the numbers in a spreadsheet, a life of mine increase in operating costs of $110M does not appear to be offset by $50M in (mostly upfront) mining fleet cost savings. Maybe after discounting is applied the pre-tax NPV would be reduced in the order of $30-40M.
The announcement of the optimised feasibility (after the reserve update) said that a A$1700 gold price assumption had been used in the NPV model. It’s a bit confusing because of the A$1600/oz reserve assumption.
