What silence on funding? Page 4 and the top of page 5 go through the process, this paragraph in particular:

"Subject to the agreement of all stakeholders, it is expected that debt financing approval could be achieved during the first quarter of 2019, enabling commencement of construction shortly thereafter and first Epanko production from mid-2020"

This is why I would have been happier if they'd raised more in the last CR, just to have a buffer in the event of more delays. Still, it seems like everything will happen eventually, just slower than a lot of people here expected.
