Can you explain to me how the current shareholders are not going to be diluted to oblivion? We now know how much the lenders are willing to lend against the project (~60%) which means 40% of the cost will need to be raised from some sort of equity issue. At the current MC and the likely discount required to get this raise done (the big boys don't put their hand in their pocket without a very large discount) how many shares to you see being issued?
