Im surprised by lack of interest here given the little flurry in some of the micro oilers. $1mill EV is basement level. Last placement went to 1 asian dude at premium @ 15c equivalent and currently trades at 0005 pre consol. JV with KEY means they are relatively active. All about whether management want to keep a lid on it and do a low ball raise or push the button for higher prices.
Reminds me a lot like buying IPB @ 1c with a very similar EV.
