A capital rising usually falls back to the raising price and adds to supply. This dilutes the the owners' share of capital which is contrary to what has been going on. There are enough big holders to block thoughts of takeover with the accumulation too. If there is a raise then those people including the brokers would expect bigger things. Its tax time at the moment and a lot of pennyweights are skewed. Have to look at support and resistance and a likely improvement of fundamentals to find value. We expect an announcement soon which will indicate the course in the near term. Lower prices if the fundamentals are good are buying opportunities given that we are only talking shell company values at the moment. Patience is the key here. It is speculative.

It's seems odd that over the past few weeks .012 has been bought up in decent amounts and line wiped a few times now all of a sudden we have over 7 million at the .012 line. Seems to me someone is trying to put a cap on dart.
