But seeing how we are now on the subject... Gary is a geologist and an MD of an exploration company. His job entails him to understand reporting requirements does it not? Particularly the JORC. Well publicised changes to the JORC code for a low level review went either unnoticed or forgotten about.

Now we are also paying for a lawyer to tell us what can be announced and what can’t. If there will even be an announcement. Now if this was for a high level review such as a DFS, I would understand - but not for a scoping level review. This should be well within our own expertise and capabilities.

Maybe we would have been better served to use an Australian based consultant, but if you’ve been in the industry for more than 5 minutes you will understand how these things work. No more on that particular matter.
