PS Gary is on record as saying the mining and processing studies (scoping-level reviews) would be released in April. Go back and listen to Proactive investors if you don't believe me. Then go and think about it logically, and then tell me why it wouldn't have been announced to the market. I can tell you why, but you don't seem to like the truth.... Contact Gary too if you like.

"Not as positive as Gary makes it out to be" is saying Gary is talking it up even though he knows it isn't that good. ie. giving the wrong impression.
