I've been avoiding saying this for a while now but I think it finally needs to be said. I think you will find Gary/NAE had every intention and tried to release the scoping level review announcement but it got rejected by the ASX. Which to me means Gary had an oversight (a relatively large one), or was not aware of the JORC changes and the implications they have on reporting requirements. How that can be interpreted is up to the individual. You be the judge.
