"Sounds like the deposit is uneconomic in its current state."

As it stands now, it's absolutely uneconomic, but that's why we plan to drill it and try to increase confidence in the estimated exploration targets and to hopefully convert some of the inferred resource to an indicted resource. Inferred resources and new JORC reporting requirements don't go together as well as they once did so a lot more work will need to be done to increase confidence in the project. Particularly from a funding point of view.

Being an underground mine, the town won't be of too much of a concern. However, with areas around only 200m below, they will need to have a pretty sound environmental plan for blasting etc. There will be a lot of community consultation required I suspect. Processing facilities can be out of the towns immediate vicinity, subject to the necessary approvals etc.

But by golly it's a turtle and hare race we have here, I just haven't worked out who the hare is yet.... but I know it's not us
