I agree Lochinvar is great. But I think it is a bit unrealistic to try and bring two projects forward from here. Don't forget, the rise in Coal will also mean a rise in what Lochinvar could be sold for or how much we receive in a JV deal, so it is still very much relevant.
In saying that, if Gary can hold on to 50% of both and we see progress simultaneously, happy days.
As I said, Lochinvar is a great project, but Coal is unfortunately on the nose, people just don't get that Coking Coal is needed for Steel production and the world cant get enough steel. There is just too much confusion with Thermal Coal and Power Production. Nothing is close to replacing it but most people I ask have no idea there is even a difference...
So I think Tin has the upper hand because of its links to Tech and of course Electric Vehicles. It also doesn't hurt having a proactive JV partner, rising Tin prices, short supplies and record low reserves to help draw attention to our world class Redmoor project.
