Agreed, i think funding is the handbrake, I feel if we can get a 9-12 months lease on life we won't have any troubles rerating.
I've recently fallen in love with lochinvar and would be very sad if they sold it, the thing is so well positioned to take advantage of a spike in coking coal prices that is only starting to kick off..... the lowest forecast i've seen is a base price of $138 USD a tonne which is still very positive for Lochinvar. Redmoor is also extermely well placed for a production run into 2020, it is the reason i invested here orginally but I am now very happy with both projects.
