I think the buyer is supposed to give an idea on how many shares have been purchase via their bid.
I assuming that they have basically received no acceptances...let face it why would you unless you were desperate.
This is worth 5 times what they are offering...but I imagine they will try and drag it out as long as they can hoping the week hands will let go..
