    I can't believe it actually! What the???

    Isn't this:
    a) failure to disclose to the market in the timely manner (possible market information the company already knows?); and
    b) failure at market guidance; and
    c) unable to discharge their duties of management for either incompetence ... or worse???

    Stick it UP them Yoda! This is NOT unacceptable ... from anybody's pov!!!
