I'll say one thing and that is that if they get the $750k or so, then looking at the current M/C that makes them at the very least a great shell ripe for some kind of sexy RTO. They also seem to have some great historic grades so I still believe there is going to be some life in this old mutt yet - patience is the key and a necessity considering there are zero buyers at present.
