interesting that they blamed the early onset of the wet season on the lack of drilling, but I think it may have more to do with the late onset of the R&D refund. Without that I don't know what they were going to pay the drillers with, or were they going to go out there with a hand auger.
I would be happier if they used the coming $750k to buy some sexy tech thing so we could get a pump out of this thing.
