Even where I come from in Slavograd, it is known that South Australia is so (how you say it?) moribund? that little Johnny's lemonade stand can get state and federal major project status, even $ grant funding to be revving up the local economy. Is not a hard thing to do! Wowsers! Garage sales now considered to be 'wealth multiplier events' there!

Those Chinese are not happy about Gindalbie and Sino, but just too half pregnant on those projects and too much face lost to step away. They'll be very very wary in the future, better just come buy real estate instead and live happy life with lots of 8's.
