This is not a bad announcement at all. Reading through it quickly, I can see legitimate reasons why targets weren't met. Considering production problems etc, the financial status is incredible to me. Severe restrictions in output and fluctuating commodity prices yet a quarterly loss of only 48,000? What the hell are people unhappy with? All things considered imagine what they can do when things start working in their favour? Each to their own opinion, but the potential with this spec stock remains impressive to me.
