KRC has offered shareholders the opportunity to support their company by offering non-renounceable rights on a 1:1 basis at 1 cent. On announcement the share price for KRC has risen to 3 cents.
If shareholders put their money where there mouths are with KRC I expect a similar fund raiser opportunity to be made to SPX shareholders. KRC and SPX have the same Chairman. Time to give some serious thought towards becoming a SPX shareholder.
