Golf'e what dose this mean:

This is a negative and positive statement there is no point to it? but one might think assuming people do think these days! Many directors have several board seats some times it saves the companies money like sharing resources and identifying opportunities, like certain commodities or jurisdictions may have priority to one company etc.. so net works benefit both groups.
You will probably find both companies have similar share holders and leverage to more finance providers etc.... though these joint relationships.

I think Blina and TMX run out of the same office, with some other groups so they all pool costs.

Report a copy and past - annual reports are the highlights of the year they cant make up stuff they have to say the same stuff or else that have been with holding information which is illegal by the way.
12 months evaluating projects - think about it you get some information you sign a CA you get more data you do a report done by geologists, you negotiate perhaps do a filed trip have to wait for visas and lawyer to review documents that go back and too 2-5 times etc..... I recon above is 2-3 months..... Not including the ones you stop half way though. Junior companies don't have unlimited resources so only so many man hours etc.....
You cant announce these as you have signed a confidentiality agreement for 5 years!!

I hope this helps you in your thinking Golf'e and understand what actually happens, If only you called Justin he could tell you directly and you wouldn't have to post such profound statements that boggle my mind!
