So my understanding is we have clear title and there should not be any further judicial impediments to move forward?

I would expect competent management to have progressed funding, the necessary statutory approvals and technical studies etc simultaneous to the title issue (circa a 3-4 year process) so we should be full steam ahead now?

Reasonably priced funding should be achievable in this environment.

What am I missing?
