Not sure I deserve such kind words radio, give me another 10 years of investing and hopefully I can provide you with educated opinions closer to your own. :-)
Just reading through the PFS again, I still have a lot to learn about mining etc but the basic figures tell a good story.
The article your link provided was very interesting because of the comparative size of the funding agreement, i.e $2.7 billion. I realise that Russia views Potash an important commodity and as such the Lenders probably have the backing of the Kremlin so that may have assisted with the project getting finance. I have yet to find more detail in regards to the actual project, as that would indeed assist me in getting a better over view to then compare to ELM's project.
This article on the same story but with a little more detail. It also discusses industry activity and monopoly dynamics.Example of a basic Article Link.
The mining licence fee caught my eye, ouch, $700 million..
Pretty sure ELM does not have that issue. ha.
Somewhat off-topic, I find it very intriguing that last year there was a huge amount of interest in ELM on HC and I am guessing the brokering community, now it is a ghost town (no offense to those few still here!, more talking about the volume). It seems a little ironic that it is so quiet, when without doubt, there is IMO, now real value in the SP as compared to when the SP hit $2.60 late last year.
I think the main reason must be the almost blatant manipulation of the stocks SP, which would put fear into all but most participants?
I will do some more reading to try and better understand ELM and its hopefully survival and growth. Again, appreciate your thoughts radio.
