This explains why a few were selling yesterday at 48/50 cents and now only 4 on the buy side. A large dilution is not going to add value to long term holders with current price levels. capital raising at what price ? One suspects now someone has been slowly selling down over the last month keeping SP in 48-50 range leaving us long termers with little or no value without some really positive news and progress. Guess we wait and see.
