As opposed to that,

it is being sold down because a cap raising is coming and new blood funding the heap leach wants a hefty return on outlay. That means they want 8 cents if not way less, in the current market. Just imagine raising $25m when your market cap is $32m. Not impossible, but has the Fox turned a profit yet since it listed. NO.
