The SP has been kept rather static for a while now(no + news helps)and im wondering whether the remainder of the issue will soon be taken up at a discount to the last months SP by *sophisticated Investors* at a price that us *unsophisticated investors* (you n me)probably would have subscribed to if given the opportunity in the first instant.
