I cannot recall exactly the details of the deal that went down and maturity dates etc of this transaction, however I feel that this is or could be tied to the performance of this stock and the sp and the total lack of any good news, as after this the sp went south and has since stayed there to date.
Perhaps Rebel could shed some light on this transaction, Cliffs paid more than, however looks like they will and could now pay even less, just my thoughts, I could be wrong, and hope I am for all our sakes.
