Lakes have certainly stacked on the claims to the VIC gov and with NT decision, Vic's position looks very weak and stand alone to their socialist blanket ban. I cant believe the supreme court wont at least uphold some items and the decision might be long and wordy with lots of yes and no's and i think Lakes have allowed for this and expects it as it realistic so are gearing up. It would be a crushing blow if we got mostly nothing; a complete "Ban" on all the facets of the claim; i think that would really surprise the board as well as SH's and totally unfair. Perhaps the court was waiting for NT decision to help work out what to do in VIC as this has widespread ramifications so it 6 weeks now, i figure 2-3 months must be an fair expectation for the finding to be made....
