If you stand back and look a the Qtrly...I sense a growing confidence
by Lakes that the "force" may well be with the "standing" rule
of law in regards to an exploration Company being able to
exercise it's rights under existing long standing Permit obligations..
To judge otherwise may well throw the whole exploration process in Victoria,
in terms of adding value to the State's "self sufficiency' potential
in terms of hydrocarbon assets.. into doubt..something that in the end...
in regard to any common sense judgement. may well be hard to reconcile.
to be sure..
