Happytrader, need to correct you, the samples at the lab are from the air core sub-surface drilling over the Eastern Mafic now completed . This will further assist with Ni and Cu contouring at shallow depths above or in the vicinity of the conductors. Its more meaningful than soil samples or auger samples.
However, in regard the drilling now ongoing as announced today, this refers to the deeper RC and DD drilling, taking place at both the Eastern Mafic and Mt Venn. Will be a while before we get assays from this drilling, but of course visuals of cores or drill chips could come at any time. So far, visuals at Mt Venn have correlated pretty well with assay expectations broadly speaking where significant sulphides are observed, and it is also noteworthy that GBR have a portable Niton XRF on site to provide preliminary assay data prior to confirmatory lab assays
