Gotta be honest I'm not sure if this is a false breakout and it might head back to low 9s before bouncing hard back to the 12c for the breakout of the double bottom or if the bottom was 9,6c and the breakout at 12c will bring in the volume . The issue to my mind is the lack of volume. Hence why Im not yet convinced.
It will however re rate soon enough either way.
