I long since wrote off the money invested at 20c over 10 years ago when ausquest found a 'river of iron'. However I'm with you mate that over and above my money I would love to see them do well:

1) as a 'matter of honour' my dear old dad still has the shares I persuaded him to buy at 20c, the only speculative share he has ever bought. Believe he's forgotten about them but I'd love to tell him he had got his money back now he's deep into retirement

2) Graeme has done everything right. For a company which has drilled dust time after time, he has
- not stuck his hand deep in the till, and minimised cash burn
- maintained a rigorous scientific approach
- kept plugging away funding and developing new projects
- taken a sensible partnering approach
- shown a considersble amount of backbone

I'd be happy to make some coin off my options which I bought more recently, but over and above this if there was ever an Aussie battler company which has done the hard yards year in year out the right way it's AQD.

It's a shame really when you see some of the complete lack of ethics in running asx listed companies with pig snout in the trough approach and they get lucky.

Leicester City we're 5000:1 to win the premiership after over 100 years. (I grew up Leicester). one day some how time goes by and people get their day in the sun.
