More seriously, the cash situation has not improved with the Chairman and MD lending millions at 10% interest - helps pay the salaries and expenses and those legal costs in Singapore. If the Singapore Appeal goes WEC's way and they get the award they want in Singapore then these moves will be heavily praised.

Slow going getting this BCB technology off the ground in terms of bucks rolling in. The Mountainside Blue Gem coal once hailed as great for BCB technology ended up as fried turkey. So I hope this testing of Chinese coal works out.

That Mountainside Coal effort in the Appalachian coal fields looked badly flawed. Running into rock and not knowing it was there is not really acceptable. However, there have been stolid efforts by MD Flannery who is an old soldier in coal terms, an expert, and knows what goes on. A trifle embarrassing however. Still, just maybe they'll pull it round. 51% should bring in US$11 million based on original expenditure. If they manage that great.
