This Quarterly Report was issued after the close on Tuesday. Interesting is the MOU with Yankuang Group in Shandong, China in testing coal and coal fines with BCB technology. River Energy continues pursuing contracts in South Africa.
Mountainside permitting is progressing over large areas of Blue Gem coal. The sale is still being negotiated with interested parties.
The Appeal by Bayan TBK continues in Singapore and a decision is awaited. WEC are looking forward to Tranche 3, The Award.
