In April 2012 WEC have freezed Bayan's 56% share in KRL worth ~$429m (3'434'430'012 shares * $ 0.125 share price * 56% = $ 429'303'751,50) at this point in time.
Obviously the amount of damages claimed by WEC in Singapore amounts to several hundred of millions and the Supreme Court of Western Australia has found these claims were probably justified.
KRL is in trading halt since today.
