re: Ann: QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES AND CASHFLOW RE...
"During the quarter, an intensive lobbying campaign in all key branches of government, was conducted and led late in the quarter to agreement with the Bureau of Land Management that K2O Utah LLC?s prospecting permit application will be accepted and processed providing that K2O Utah enters a Memorandum of Understanding that commits to undertaking a study under the NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) prior to the receipt of a Preference Right Lease. This encouraging development has delineated a path for permitting the drilling of the project."
I had a quick search for NEPA and it says
"The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires federal agencies to integrate environmental values into their decision making processes by considering the environmental impacts of their proposed actions and reasonable alternatives to those actions.
To meet NEPA requirements federal agencies prepare a detailed statement known as an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). EPA reviews and comments on EISs prepared by other federal agencies, maintains a national filing system for all EISs, and assures that its own actions comply with NEPA."

Does this mean TRH are doing an Environmental Impact Statement?
I like the fact that water is secured and that the number of planned holes has gone from 4 to 6. It had been reduced from 5 holes to 4 in April. Potash 1 started with a 6 hole exploration drilling campaign. It looks like a very positive report but maybe smoke and screens to get Radar Iron Spin Off completed.
