Yes. That's just the nature of shells, isn't it. Even highly credible ones like PSF/ODY/DMG have traded essentially as a shell for near on two years, without an RTO arriving.
The lack of liquidity is always going to make for a bumpy ride but pretty good opportunity to get in if you haven't or add to existing positions. The setup is definitely there.
