I haven't looked at directors behind this one or fundamentals in any great detail, but from a good news story for Cebu and the local region, employment income etc I hope they are very successful. And of course to investors for backing this from the begining and taking on the risk in the first place.

I also hope if they are successful they share some of the revenue by investing in the local community for the barangay and province as it's a very poor area of Cebu.
