Snapper- The AGM is coming up soon- It is a chance for we shareholders(mushrooms) to have a small bit of a say- re directors fees & allocation of shares & oppies There are quite a few proposals on the agenda to vote directors more oppies so for any of we punters who don't agree we can at least express our dissatisfaction with directors by voting against salary increases & further oppies' allocation
