You have to know how to get a piece of the action.
Not by diluting shareholders and spin. Always the spin.
Take the much-touted 'now debt-free' line -- how did they achieve this? By giving away shares at less than .015c when the share price was above .02c. Brilliant stuff, eh? Takes a genius to do that? And management get performance shares for
that? Management or mismanagement?
