re: Ann: Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow R...
I think near term drilling of Braveheart and Cornea will be supportive of the RI and consequently support the current sp for those who want to qualify for the RI
Some excerpts from todays quarterly
"If these transactions gain Shareholder consent and proceed, then they represent exciting opportunities for the Company to participate in the drilling of two of the wells (Braveheart-1 and Cornea-3) within the coming three months and the likely drilling of Artemis-1 later in 2010."
"" The Braveheart-1 well is to be drilled into the Braveheart Prospect by the Songa Venus semi-submersible rig in late 2009 from a location in WA-333-P. The Braveheart Prospect straddles the two permits""
"""The Cornea appraisal/exploration well is to be drilled into the known Cornea oil and gas accumulation by the Songa Venus semi-submersible rig following Braveheart-1 – see also following WA-342-P permit location map."""
A few questions/concerns... I wonder if the RI shares will be quoted/trading by the time Braveheart spuds ? Terms of Artemis deal yet to advised. MOG's implied market cap ~320mil shares x 25cps will equal MC $80mil. Thats quite a bit for a company with no proven reserves or production.
That said, I'm "considering" participating in the RI.
