Agree furniture mostly with your thoughts here although I am open to better than expected drilling as this year progresses.  Also a JV cannot be ruled out wirh Galena.  This would be a smart move and I am sure being considered as a line of investigation.  I am expecting Gold Silver Copper and others to make positive moves in the next few years and see that showing itself this year.   MTH has a very neat commodity portfolio and geographically logical and strategic positioning of areas of ground.  Oversold companies like this one with a solid mix and cash and locations in a rising commodity environment move very well and a find will set this up for more than another few bags.

I am in for the long haul on this one.
