re: Ann: Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow R... just read the quarterly. what does this statement mean?

"Final loan documents for the revolving line of credit facility with LH Asian Fund were executed. That facility can provide up to $US6m of credit for the procurement of inventory for the ATC Ferrotungsten Project in Vietnam."

I note the words "FINAL documents executed", does this mean that the funding for the project has been FINALISED?

Any thoughts from other posters??
