Indeed. The first thing RNT keeps talking about is the number of users, not the number of $. If they're not making money hand over fist, that should be not surprise. The landscape still looks good for their product as more apartments go up and wages stagnate. I should think there is enough experience on the board to know when to pull the trigger with full monetization.
