That graph is a positive for RE in my opinion, as long as as the overall rank and traffic is increasing (which according to the top half of the page says it is).
Less traffic from RealEstate.com.au from search engines because its so dominant people just go straight there. No chance for Rent.com.au and other competitors to jump in first and makes SEO even less relevant.
