Looks like QRL will become a listed shell for Y&B.
Would like to see some more Financials on Y&B. I quickly read the ann and cant see any evidence of Y&B actually having any income - not sure where their stated $2M is actually from, but with liabilities of about $1.5 they in reality only have about $500k available.
$5M in "Intangibles" sounds like accounting BS for having a bunch of half developed projects or stuff that currently has no customers.
Would like to see more detail on what they have in the pipeline.
