The cobalt sulphate price is about 20 as I said previously. Cobalt makes up about 20% of revenue so its not a big issue.
Most of the pricing is done on long term forecasts. Ive modelled it on a range of commodity prices and its pretty resilient as its a high margin operation compared to other asx listed players, mainly due to the significantly higher grade. The nickel grade is approx 2-2.5x other well known players. Look at the article below in regards to expected demand for some of the battery metals, taken from US senate committee hearing.
Of those I'd say the possibility of upgrading the alumina to HPA would more than offset any price variance as it goes from 200/t to 25000/t all be it on less tonnage. Even 1-2kt of HPA would make a massive difference. @ $20 cobalt sulphate it reduces rev by at most $14m a yr. 1000t of HPA would increase revenue by approx $23m a yr. Pig Iron upgrade and selling scandium also has the potential to increase revenue. You'll see other laterite players selling 10000kg of scandium at $1000-1500kg in the studies.
