And you are right just as the farmer who during the drought sez... 'everyday is closer to rain returning'. But drought often bankrupt's the farmer even though rain does eventually fall. WOR won't go belly-up but each day without news is news that no contract of significance has been won.
But good to read some posts espousing the bull's case for WOR.
