    I have held this thought for sometime and still believe that keeping the price low by what appears to be manipulation is a takeover tactic by someone. They won't pounce until there is something more concrete in terms of contracts/income but at these levels even with a takeover premium added it will be bargain basement price.
    Thoughts?
