Fair enough and Good Luck with your strategy. It is certainly one approach for an investor who has faith in the future potential but wants to wait for signals and momentum before accumulating.

My strategy of accumulating now is also based on faith in the mid to long term potential of the company. It also acknowledges that SP growth is potentially sudden and drastic on the back of material news flow (eg Prime Contractor or rapid take-up under G8).

In such a situation, for me, I would rather be 6 months too early in accumulating (and averaging down) than a few minutes too late.
