Hi jnikau, the Nasdaq is reporting 75.48% as being held by institutional investors.  Just wondering where you got your figure of 89% from?

I'm having a little trouble finding the current percentage of institutional investors for WBT, could someone provide some links confirming the current percentage held by the institutional investors?  My initial research puts it at under 5%, so more than happy to be proven wrong.  

If that is the case, then maybe the consolidation is not such a bad idea.  Pushing the percentage of institutional holders from less than 5% to 75% or above will only have a positive effect on the share price. Once this has occurred, I'd probably be more than happy to receive a 35% premium on top of the market cap to relinquish my shares to Intel or another competitor.
