If making storage class memory, and offering DRAM like speeds, then a higher value product (and in a larger market). Good luck to 4ds
Just look at large difference in cost between Flash and DRAM
Noticeable that that incoherent comparison table no longer features in wbt company presentations. Comparing filamentary and non-filamentary companies is nonsensical. (2 years? Prof Tour and Rice have been working on the tech for 10.)
